       Please do not upload image containing nudity, copyrighted or image depicting hateful themes.
       Failure to abide by our image policy may result in the suspension of your membership.

       limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in

       At Coolpare.com our principal concern is the responsible use of information that users and clients
       share and disclose to us. Coolpare.com's commitment towards guaranteed confidentiality and
       privacy at all times is clearly articulated in our Privacy Policy. As stated in the policy, your data as
       a jobseeker, will be released to employers when you apply to their job. Please be advised that
       some employers might undertake to perform a pre-employment background check on you based
       on your application and/or interview. By applying for the position, you are deemed to have
       consented to such a pre-employment background check being undertaken with no further notice
       or consent required.

       This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Malaysia and users hereby submit to the
       jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.

Text Terms & Conditions

1.    This space is provided for company to show their company name/ service in text only.
2.    All advertisement bookings are governed by the rules and regulations of the Net Publisher,
       who reserves the right to change or amend these rules, whenever necessary.
3.    Notwithstanding the terms & conditions stated on the advertiser’ or agencies’ contracts, the
       placing of an order(s) or contract(s) will be deemed as an acceptance of the Net publisher’s
       rules and regulations.
4.    The Net publisher will not be responsible for any omission to an advertisement inserted and
       reserves the right to reject or cancel any order without explanation, notwithstanding
       acceptance of payment.
5.    The Net publisher is indemnified against all claims, actions, suits demands, losses, costs and
       expenses, in respect to advertisement published by the Net publisher, under instructions from
       an advertiser or his advertising agency.
6.    Restrictions on sizes of advertisement are governed by prevailing conditions and will vary
       from time to time according to net publisher’s advice.
7.    All casual ads must be paid in advance. Cheque(s) should be made payable to “Qi Xiang Multimedia        & Consulting”.
8.    The company must provide Company Name(s), Address(es), company Reg.No., and other
       particulars, deem important by the Net publisher.
9.    Payment must be fully received and cleared before your company name goes “live” on
       Coolpare-Library.
10.  Once your order is placed and the payment cleared (e.g. in money transfer or cheque).
       Your advertisement will be online within 24-48hrs, however, unexpected delays do happen
       due to unforeseen circumstances.

Images Terms & Conditions

1.    This space is provided for company to show their company product/ service in maximum 50 images.
2.    Do not upload image containing nudity, copyrighted or image depicting hateful themes. Failure to
       abide by our image policy may result in the suspension of your membership.
3.    All images bookings are governed by the rules and regulations of the Net Publisher, who reserves
       the right to change or amend these rules, whenever necessary.
4.    Notwithstanding the terms & conditions stated on the advertiser’ or agencies’ contracts, the placing
       of an order(s) or contract(s) will be deemed as an acceptance of the Net publisher’s rules
       and regulations.
5.    The Net publisher will not be responsible for any omission to an advertisement inserted and

       operating systems.
11.  If your images and links are accepted and published on the Coolpare.com, no refund will
       be entertained.
12.  No obscene/offensive/adult images or links will be accepted in Coolpare.com.
13.  If your images and links are accepted initially but future changes to the images or contents of the
       linked sites show offensive/obscene/adult material, your images and links will be suspended
       until a new one is provided. Moreover, you will not get a refund of any kind, for the images or
       links downtime.
14.  Payment must be fully received and cleared before your advertisement goes “live” on
       Coolpare.com.
15.  Once your order is placed and the payment cleared (e.g. in money transfer or cheque).

Artwork Submission

1.    Artwork must be received on or before 5 working days, before due publication date.
2.    Images must be the exact size you have paid for.
3.    The advertiser has to provide a (120 x 100pixels) still image.
4.    Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, with a reasonable file size.
5.    Links must be to web pages only and begin with “http://”
6.    The client will be held responsible in providing the authorizations to the images and links for the
       website you submitted.

99Sense Terms & Conditions

1.    This advertisement only allows the customer to advertise their company logo and words.
2.    The advertiser has to provide the exact size of the logo to the Net Publisher.
3.    Every advertiser has to book the 99 logos, with a maximum period of 3 years contract.
4.    All advertisement bookings are governed by the rules and regulations of the Net Publisher,
       who reserves the right to change or amend these rules, whenever necessary.
